Alright so it was (One of Those) Crazy Girls from Paramore by Paramore that fully tuned me into my being a proper Paramore fan stage of life but I sidestepped a bit from Paramore the album to After Laughter because then I got into Pool and it was like I guess I toned down my obsessiveness in my actual life and just chilled out a bit idk. I just know that I listened to this album a lot while doing homework and revison on 3D lines for Further Maths and I would just like put this album on repeat from memory. This was also one of the first albums I got on CD so it was pretty special and I listened on my Mum's CD walkman a lot so I've got less Spotify data to go off but this album has a special place in my heart
I actually can't like it's like asking a parent to rank their children it's just not possible it's not fair it's not kind it's just like. I don't want to do this I can't pit them against each other it's not right. Now that I've got that out of the way, here is my ranking...
Honestly kind of bossed it there were less songs than Paramore so it kind of made it a bit more brutal but actually easier. Also like a lot of these songs have a bit of a different vibe so it is pretty difficult. Anywayyyyy Told You So is good it's just a bit repetitive that's why it got bottom place sorry!! They're all good songs though can't complain with Paramore
Yeah so like feeling sad and a bit lonely but slaying my Further Maths work so hard and like listening to Pool cycling to school. Also actually this is less of an album memory and just a memory for Hard Times but I made a TikTok to Hard Times in like Year 7 or 8 let me tell you about it. So we had to collect wrappers or something for our Textiles work because we were gonna like sew wrappers onto whatever we were making but the homework my teacher set was that we had to make a collage from different plastic wrappers so I took the opportunity to buy a four pack of white chocolate KitKat chunkies which I thought was absolutely INSANE like wow I really bought four KitKats all for myself heheheehe hold me back! But so obviously to get the actual wrappers I had to eat the KitKats but because FOUR KitKat chunkies was a CRAZY amount to eat in one go I had one a day but I would eat them at the same time everyday. I promise we're about to get to the actual link to Paramore! Soooooo when you do something at the same time everyday what is the obvious thing to do - say it with me - you make a TikTok about it with transitions between each day!!!!!! So I guess Hard Times was trending or something I don't think I had a proper appreciation for Paramore at the time but the dun dun dun hard times but of the chorus I like transitioned between myself taking a bite of a KitKat for each beat and you know when you make a TikTok like that you just hear the same clip of the sound so much that it instantly becomes tied to that moment in time so I can never listen to Hard Times in a normal way because I just get flashbacks to that TikTok.
Ok update!! I found the TikTok and I think it was actually a Musical.ly at the time forgive me and like only one of the bits I was actually eating my KitKat so sorry I forgot but the caption was 'THIS TOOK A WEEK' so it was one I was really proud of obviously even though I forgot what the premise was. To be honest like why did I make that
